Once we’ve sent over your quote, please check it through carefully to make sure it covers everything you need. The list below shows the items we always include in our quotes.
Please check they’re in yours and, if you’re comparing quotes from other companies, check they all include the same parts.
Once you approve a water underfloor heating quote, and we have confirmation that you are happy with the system type, location of manifold etc., we will process your order and move it onto the design stage. It’s important to note that once the design process has started, if you change your mind and no longer want to proceed with the order or have amendments, there will be a cost incurred. That’s why it is really important to check that you are happy with all of the information provided in the quote, before proceeding to the design.
Once you’ve received and approved your design, we will get this shipped out to you on a next working day delivery.
